Rental Policy

Charges

$550.00 per week ($78.57 per day, if renting 7 days or longer)

$90.00 a day, if renting less than 7 days (must rent at least 3 days)

For reservations for less than 1 week, the reservation can not be made any sooner

than 2 weeks in advance.

$300.00 deposit-non refundable if cancel (refundable if rental is returned clean, in

good condition and holding tanks are empty)

Deposit must be paid in full before reservations can be booked

Total payment must be paid in full before taking a rental

Rules

Must be 25 years old to rent.

Insurance covers United States and Canada, but not Mexico

No rentals picked up or delivered on Saturday or Sunday

Pick up time between 2:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday thru Friday

Return time between 9:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M. Monday thru Friday

Walk Through - one of our employees will do a walk through with customer

before customer leaves with rental. (Employee and Customer will write

down all damages so customer will not be liable for damages not made

by customer)

We fill propane tank before rental leaves the property. (Customer will not have

to fill the propane tank unless heavily used)

Customer must let us know if they want us to fill the water tank or if they want to

fill it when they get to the camp site so they do not have to travel with the

heavy water tank.

If awning is to be used, a $200.00 deposit must be made. (Refundable if awning

returns undamaged and in good condition.) Awning will be secured if

customer does not want to use it.

Requirements

Brake control & wire system - tow worthy. (Must Have)

7 wire plug on towing vehicle. (Must Have)

Class 3 receiver. (Must Have)

(If we install any of the above the cost will be $115.00 or more)

Possible equalizer (depending upon tow vehicle). $40.00 rental fee.

We request the customer bring the towing vehicle to our shop at

least one week ahead to make sure it is tow worthy and will

match the rental trailer hitch. (2 5/16th inch ball)

Customer must show (we make copy) of Drivers License and

Personal vehicle insurance.
